Somehow I find myself here again,over t...Hey Dina,<br /><br />Somehow I find myself here again,over two years ago since I first wrote to you of the similarities of that that had been 'handed down' to us. It was June 25,2010. I am so,so,so delighted and heartwarmed to read that you have found a way through the silt and the memories and the mixed up developement and that you are getting a chance to re-pattern. I too am changing and growing and falling and failing and getting back up. I'm almost a year into a training course in Somatic movement therapy that is designed to help people deal with trauma at the body level,to access the pre-verbal things that happened and bring them to a place of resolution and healing. In order to do so I'm learning by doing it myself.
